Digitalisation of services in the education sector
The focus of this project is to further digitalise services in the education sector, which are used frequently and can have a larger impact both on the users, and the MES as a service provider. The project encompasses full digitalisation of these services, providing support in reorganizing the internal processes in MES related to these services, building capacities of the administration in the MES for administering the services, and designing and delivering promotional campaign to motivate the relevant user groups in using the e-services.
The project is jointly implemented by EVOLV and Center for Change Management.

Main goal
The project aims to support the digitalisation efforts in the education sector by continuing the introduction of e-services of the Ministry of Education and Science, in order to improve the quality of the services provided and to reduce physical contacts.

- E-service for enrolment of pupils in high schools developed
- Electronic system for calls for financing scientific and research projects developed
- Promotional campaign for the new e-services delivered
