About us

EVOLVE DOOEL SKOPJE is a company established in 2020 by the Center for Change Management (CCM) as a subsidiary company. CCM is the sole founder of EVOLVE, thus the two organizations continue to work in synergy.

EVOLVE undertakes activities such as consultations, counseling, training and research for the clients of CCM, that is, services which are not part of the grant funds and projects that CCM implements as a civil society organization.

EVOLVE was specifically formed to implement activities contributing to sustainability of CCM, which has been a recognized think tank since 2009.

EVOLVE continues to build the joint portfolio of CCM and EVOLVE by expanding the scope of work in research and services for new clients. The joint portfolio stems from the capacities of both organizations, as their strongest point.

We strive for a future in which citizens have a high quality of life in a modern society based on principles of good governance, rule of law, economic prosperity and respect for European values.

EVOLVE provides services aimed at improving the work of the government, state institutions, the private sector and all organizations/institutions aiming to introduce structural reforms and innovative changes in their operations and in the wider environment.

The values that guide the organization direct the team's efforts towards common strategic goals and indicate what the organization believes in, but also how employees are expected to behave, not only with each other but also with associates and other stakeholders. They provide us with a moral direction that guides decision-making and establishes a standard for evaluating actions. Our values are as follows:
